APPLICATION

Manufacturing machine designed for lubricating and sealing condoms into air and lubricant-tight foils.

DESCRIPTION

  • Designed for one operator, the machine places unlubricated, tested, and rolled condoms from a tray onto a segmented endless conveyor belt.

  • The condom is moved to a sealing position, where it is lubricated with silicone oil and hermetically sealed.

  • Total nominal output: 200 gross per 8-hour shift, 600 gross per day.

  • A touch panel monitor allows programming and displays production parameters, indicating errors or machine problems.

  • Serrated cutting with freely programmable strip length.

  • Optional eye mark sensor for exact cutting length of full-picture seal pack.

  • Provision to connect ink jet or other printer types; printing table provided.

  • Online labeling system available in "Ink Jet," "Laser," or "Hot Foil Printing."

  • Individual sealing formats, e.g., 30x70, 55x55, 70x40, 65x65, etc., with roll sizes ranging from 50mm to 70mm in width.

  • Extremely fast change of sealing rolls and sealing formats.

  • Sealing dies are easy to clean.

  • Silicone dosage pump for lubrication provided.

  • Optional design registration for full-length design by eye mark or contrast recognition.
