Richter Rubber Technology

High Voltage Dry Electronic Screening and Rolling Machine

Richter Engineering's Electronic Testing Machine
APPLICATION

The machine is designed for the screening of condoms, identifying thin spots and pinholes through high-voltage dry processes. It then proceeds to roll up the condoms and sort them into categories of accepted and rejected items.

DESCRIPTION
  • Two autonomous testing/operating stations, each with a production rate of 38-45 pcs/min, featuring adjustable speed via an inverter and equipped with a safety switch-off mechanism when stationary.

  • The machine's total nominal output is 220-250 units per 8-hour shift, operated by two individuals.

  • On each side's turntable, there are six aluminum mandrels tailored to customer specifications, with the option for Stainless Steel.

  • Condoms undergo testing, rolling up, and separation into good or reject categories, then collected in separate bins.

  • The machine incorporates a secure roll-up and keep-in-place system.

  • Utilizes a newly developed electronic system with testing voltage up to 3,000V and an enhanced scanning system.
